Shipping policy

Lufa Bindery uses DAO to send all packages in Denmark.

We will also be using DAO to send to the following countries in EU

Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Austria.

For every other country that we sell to it is Postnord that will be used to get the packages to you.

All Prices below are listed in Danish Krone (DKK)

Shipping is calculated based on the price of the packages content. You can choose between getting the package delivered to your nearest DAO package shop or getting it delivered to your home adress.

Packages are shipped depending on the weight of their content.

0kg-1kg - 90 kr

1.1kg and up - 110 kr

Orders 650 kr and over - free

1.1kg and up - 175 kr

Orders 900 kr and over - Free

Norway

Packages are shipped depending on the weight of their content.

Orders 1050kr and over - free

UK

Packages are shipped depending on the weight of their content.

Made to order: Every book is crafted in the order it was received; rush orders are not available.

Customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and VAT may apply in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient - usually upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

I carefully package every order, but once the order leaves my library, shipping delays are beyond my control. If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me, and I will do my best to assist.
